Manchester Cornea Center
The cornea is much thinner than the lens and provides around 65 percent of the eye’s power to bend light. Most of this power resides in the center of the cornea, which is rounder and thinner than the outer part of the tissue and is much better suited to bend lightwaves. The cornea is essential in having good vision. If you are interested in learning more about our treatments for corneal disorders, please contact Manchester Ophthalmology!
